PALO ALTO, Calif.—Agilent Technologies Inc. said Qualcomm Inc. has selected two of its 93000 SOC Series test systems to characterize and test-develop next-generation cellular baseband processor integrated circuit devices.
“The 93000 significantly reduces test time, thereby driving down the cost of test, by supporting both multi-site test, where more than one device is tested simultaneously, and concurrent test which enables several functional elements on a single device to be tested in parallel,” said Agilent in a statement.
