WAYNESBORO, Va.—Ntelos Inc. said it entered a definitive agreement to sell 10-megahertz A-block personal communications services licenses in Williamsport and State College, Pa., covering approximately 300,000 people. The buyer or terms of the sale were not released, though Ntelos said it expects the sale to close buy the end of the second quarter.
