CANNES, France—IBM Corp. unveiled its Service Provider Delivery Environment (SPDE), an open-standards-based framework that telecommunications service providers can use to introduce new voice, text and Internet-based services to customers faster, easier and at a lower cost.
Following the release of IBM’s SPDE, Far EasTone Communications of Taiwan announced the launch of its Common Service Platform.
