ORLANDO—SkyGo Inc. and VeriSign Inc. announced today at CTIA Wireless 2002 the integration of SkyGo’s new SkyCode service with VeriSign’s wireless resolution platform.
With VeriSign’s resolution technology, SkyCode allows marketers to equip traditional cross-media campaigns with an instant response mechanism so consumers can interact with advertisers via numeric codes assigned to individual marketing campaigns.
“SkyCode is one of the first applications that leverages VeriSign’s resolution technology to provide real value for marketers, wireless carriers and consumers,” said Ken Hallman, vice president of VeriSign’s Convergent Services Group. “Our global infrastructure will give SkyGo the ability to execute their business plan and serve the mobile consumer market.”
