NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.—Jazz Semiconductor announced a joint manufacturing and marketing agreement with MEMSCAP, a provider of micro-electro-mechanical systems solutions.
The agreement will allow Jazz Semiconductor to provide its customers with a single source for wireless semiconductor integrated circuits incorporating MEMS-based components. “By teaming with MEMSCAP we can deliver the enabling capabilities of integrated high-quality passive components and MEMS, and help our customers streamline their supply chain by offering a single point of contact for their wafer manufacturing needs,” said Shu Li, president and chief executive officer of Jazz Semiconductor.
