MUNICH, Germany—Germany company Varetis said it expanded its three-year-old relationship with U.S.-based Avaya by signing up to the Avaya DeveloperConnection Program.
The deal makes Varetis one of the first European members of the program, which will allow Varetis’ directory assistance products to be integrated into Avaya’s call center offering.
