WATERLOO, Ontario-BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd. said it filed its third legal complaint against rival Good Technology Inc., this time alleging Good engaged in unfair competition, false advertising, trademark infringement and trademark dilution.
RIM is asking the court for preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, as well as monetary damages.
In June, RIM filed suit against Good for infringing on its wireless integration patent portfolio, and in July the company filed a suit alleging infringement on a portion of its copyright portfolio.
