CHICAGO-The Council of Residential Specialists, a Chicago-based trade group for realtors, has teamed with InPhonic Inc., Washington, D.C., to provide wireless phones and messaging devices, service plans and unified communications capabilities to nearly 40,000 real estate agents nationwide.
Under the agreement announced August 19, InPhonic will operate and manage CSR Wireless, an online store, to offer mobile phones and competitively priced rate plans. By year-end, InPhonic also will offer personal digital assistants, RIM Blackberrys and other wireless communications and messaging devices through the trade organization’s portal.
