BERLIN-Sanmina-SCI said it has canceled its memorandum of understanding to buy three production facilities belonging to Siemens AG’s IC Networks unit.
“We have determined that the acquisition of these . facilities no longer meets the objectives established by both companies,” said Jure Sola, chairman and chief executive of Sanmina.
The facilities were in Lake Mary, Fla., and in Europe.
