DALLAS-Paging and messaging carrier WebLink Wireless Inc. announced it has officially emerged from bankruptcy, and that the company’s president and chief executive officer, N. Ross Buckenham, will also now serve as the company’s Chairman of the Board.
“I would like to thank all WebLink Wireless stakeholders, employees and customers for their support and loyalty during the reorganization process which we are very happy to have successfully completed,” Buckenham said. “Now, WebLink Wireless is a healthy, cash flow positive company with a strong balance sheet and we are looking forward to meeting the growing needs of our wireless data partners and customers.”
