VANCOUVER, British Columbia-Canadian wireless operator Telus Corp. closed its previously announced public offering of 34.25 million non-voting shares in Canada and the United States for aggregate gross proceeds of $214.2 million.
Telus said it will use approximately $206 million in net proceeds to repurchase and repay debt.
