PLANO, Texas-Terion Inc. extended its existing contract for wireless communications supporting its FleetView trailer monitoring system with Verizon Wireless Inc. until 2005. Financial terms of the extension were not released.
Terion said its FleetView design integrates GPS and cellular technology to provide coverage throughout the United States and Canada and provides real-time trailer location and event status when a trailer is tethered to or untethered from a tractor.
