CHICAGO-Boldt Metronics International (BMI) has been acquired by Laird Technologies for $28.7 million in cash and the assumption of $1 million of long-term capital equipment leases.
Laird plans to combine technical, geographic and human resources from both companies and merge product lines in an attempt to continue uninterrupted service and support to all customers.
