LINCOLN, Neb.-Citing unfavorable market conditions, Centurion Wireless Technologies Inc., a Lincoln, Neb., supplier of wireless phone antennas, has withdrawn its plans to go public.
Centurion said it hoped to raise $81 million to pay dividends on preferred stock and for general corporate purposes in an offering lead-managed by Banc of America Securities.
The antenna supplier’s customers include Cisco Systems Inc., L.M. Ericsson and Motorola Inc.
