PARIS, France-STMicroelectronics has denied press reports that his company is in possible merger talks with Motorola Inc. or any other major corporation. “We keep our eyes and ears open but we have a strong internal growth strategy, so we are not obliged to do anything,” said Pasquale Pistorio, chief executive officer of the company. He also said the chip market is on a recovery path.
