HELSINKI, Finland-Ukrainian Mobile Communications will use Nokia Corp.’s Multimedia Messaging Solution in the Ukrainian market, allowing the carrier’s 1.5 million customers to send messages, along with pictures, graphics and sounds.
“Nokia is a frontrunner in new technologies and already has a proven track record in delivering MMS solutions, hence, it was a natural choice for us,” said Eric Franke, UMC’s chief executive officer.
