WAYNESBORO, Va.-Ntelos Inc. announced that Anthony de Nicola resigned his position on the company’s board of directors effective Dec. 2.
Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, who have the right to elect two board members as a majority holder of Ntelos’ series B preferred stock, appointed de Nicola in July 2000 and maintain the right to appoint a replacement upon its discretion.
