BOULDER, Colo.-Internet tracking firm iNet-Blue Corp. has acquired Apex Wireless, a developer of wireless transmitters, receivers and transceivers.
“Apex’s wireless products let us send important data through the air,” said John Tuttle, president and chief executive of iNet-Blue. “We have a customer base in trucking and transportation, and it’s very important to know where their products are around the country, what the temperature is in the trailer, whether the back is open or closed.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
