HACKENSACK, N.J.-Wireless data solutions provider GoAmerica Inc. has named Dan Luis chief executive officer, replacing Aaron Dobrinsky, GoAmerica’s founder, who will remain with the company as executive chairman of the board of directors.
GoAmerica has also appointed wireless industry veteran King Lee to its board of directors, on which Luis will also serve. Luis’ and Lee’s board appointments were made following the resignations of Brian Bailey and Adam Dell from GoAmerica’s board.
