SAN DIEGO, Calif.-Intel Corp. has sold the software assets and intellectual property rights of subsidiary Trillium Digital Systems Inc. to Continuous Computing Corp.
“The asset purchase includes the Trillium protocol stacks for the IP telephony, wireless, broadband and signaling markets utilizing industry-leading Trillium Advanced Portable Architecture,” said Continuous Computing Corp. in a press release.
