CHICAGO-AT&T Wireless Services Inc. said it was the highest ranked wireless operator in Chicago according to a consumer survey conducted by Chicago Consumer’s Checkbook.
They survey’s results showed that AT&T Wireless earned a 93 percent satisfaction rating in overall quality and that the carrier was ranked highest in four other survey categories including being able to get connections in local areas, being able to get connections when traveling, quality of sound and how clearly charges are explained in advance.
