SAN ANTONIO-Cingular Wireless L.L.C. appointed Andy Shibley vice president and general manager of its South Texas region where he will lead and oversee all wireless sales and operations for the area.
Shibley was vice president and general manager of Cingular’s Houston market, which was formally known as Houston Cellular Telephone Co. where he was president.
