Centennial sells 186 towers to AAT

KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Independent wireless communications service provider Centennial Communications Corp., represented by mergers & acquisitions firm Nations Media Partners, is selling 186 wireless communications towers that cover four states and are worth $34 million to tower company AAT Communications Corp.

According to the terms of the transaction, Centennial will lease back space on the towers that AAT now owns. Sales of 105 of the towers in Indiana, Michigan, Louisiana and Texas have been completed, with the rest to be sold in the next several months.
