GENEVA, Scotland-STMicroelectronics and Aspects Software Ltd. have signed a license agreement to provide Java card SIM solution for GSM mobile phones markets.
“The agreement between the two companies provides a global framework within which both companies will work closely together, sharing technical expertise and commercial resources to deliver system solutions to the marketplace,” said both companies in a press release.
