Tektronix extends China partnership

BERVERTON, Ore.-Tektronix Inc. said it has agreed to extend its partnership with China’s Research Institute of Telecommunications Transmission to develop GPRS networks and elements.

“Tektronix’ history in China and its ongoing efforts to enable successful mobile network deployments in our country have encouraged us to continue this mutually gratifying partnership,” said Yang Zemin, president, China Academy of telecommunication research.
