XO implements customer retention program

FAIRFAX, Va.-Broadband wireless service provider XO Communications has hired consulting firm American Management Systems Inc. to help it implement a proactive customer loyalty program to improve XO’s customer retention efforts.

“Through analysis and segmentation, AMS is enabling us to truly get granular with our clients, their wishes and concerns,” said XO’s Nancy Gofus. “By implementing programs and modeling applications, we are better equipped to address customer satisfaction and increase our customer care and retention.”
