NEW ORLEANS-Samsung Telecommunications America and Verizon Wireless launched the i700, a Microsoft Windows-powered Pocket PC with wireless voice and data capabilities.
The i700 features access to Pocket versions of Microsoft applications, speaker phone, an IR port, a USB sync, an SD expansion slot, a large color screen and an integrated digital camera.
“The i700 presents a compelling combination of Samsung’s advanced wireless phones capabilities, Verizon’s extensive high-quality voice and data networks and the familiarity of Microsoft Office products,” said Peter Skarzynski of Samsung.
