IRVINE, Calif.-Wireless enterprise company Cotelligent Inc. said it signed a letter of intent to acquire an unnamed provider of field force automation software.
Cotelligent said it is currently in advanced negotiations and due diligence with the undisclosed software company and expects to sign a definitive agreement in July. The company said certain conditions must be met prior to closing.
Such acquisitions have become more common lately as the economic slowdown continues.
