Wireless modem maker Sierra Wireless Inc. reported positive earnings, news that sent the company’s stock up about 5 percent to $8.30 per share.
Sierra Wireless reported revenues up 22.4 percent over the same quarter last year to $20.7 million. The company’s earnings clocked in at $600,000, up from the $3 million loss it reported in the same quarter last year.
