ORLANDO, Fla.-Wireless content company ClearSky Mobile Media Inc. unveiled its new Snap-n-Print application, which the company said allows camera-phone users to take pictures with their phones and then mail the images as they would post cards.
The company said it is in talks with various document solutions providers to handle the printing and mailing portion of the application.
“Grandparents will delight in receiving a postcard in their mailbox with pictures of their new grandchildren in the hospital, their first steps, their first recitals or game-winning hits and their high school graduations,” said Gary German, senior vice president of brand applications for ClearSky.
ClearSky said the application can be downloaded onto most camera phones and allows users to take a picture, type in an address and have the picture sent as a postcard.
