BELLEVUE, Wash.-WatchMark Corp., which provides wireless performance management software, and Comnitel Technologies, provider of wireless service management software, announced they will merge. The combined company, WatchMark-Comnitel, will offer wireless operations support systems to wireless carriers and network equipment providers.
“By combining two highly complementary organizations and leveraging our joint wireless expertise, we are able to access new growth opportunities with our current customers and new customers,” explained Richard Kateley, the combined company’s chief operating officer.
Following the merger, Comnitel’s Chief Executive Officer Kieran Moynihan will become WatchMark-Comnitel’s chief technology officer. Kateley was formerly WatchMark’s CTO. Tom Muno will serve as the new CFO, and Jeff Feinstein will be responsible for global sales and alliances.
