IRVINE, Calif.-Susteen Inc. said it has released a software solution that enables handset users to transfer contact information between devices. The company said it will help ease device transition as a result of local number portability.
The software, which is known as DataPilot Transfer Center, will enhance the services of operators and stores with improved customer service satisfaction, lower churn rates and the possibility to create revenue streams, according to the company.
“The end-user is now able to avoid the hassle of typing all the contact information by hand and to save or request a copy of the address book information in case he loses or breaks his cell phone,” said the company.
