BETHESDA, Md.-Wireless resale and technology company MobilePro Corp. continued its acquisition march with the purchase of Texas Internet service provider EXP Internet Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are very pleased with the prospect of adding the EXP Internet Services team to our expanding telecommunications platform,” said Jay Wright, MobilePro’s president and chief executive officer. “We expect this acquisition will be accretive to MobilePro’s earnings in 2004 and will fit well with our recent acquisition of Nationwide Internet.”
Earlier this month MobilePro acquired another Texas ISP, Nationwide Internet.
