SYDNEY, Australia-SkyNetGlobal and Boingo Wireless have signed a network roaming agreement to provide Boingo’s customers and partners access to SkyNetGlobal’s 130 wireless hot spots in Australia and Singapore, which include 119 McDonalds restaurants in Singapore.
“We’re building our network to suit the needs of the global business traveler and the major carriers that serve those customers, and that means an emphasis on expanding our network throughout Asia,” said Dave Hagan, president and chief operating officer of Boingo. “Working with SkyNetGlobal gives us strong coverage at very convenient sites throughout Singapore and Australia.”
Boingo and its partners currently offer Wi-Fi service at nearly 6,000 locations in 29 countries.
