CANNES, France-Mobile-commerce software provider Qpass Inc. and American Management Systems Inc. formed a global alliance to deliver Qpass’ Prosperity Series software to the mobile market.
The companies said the combination of Qpass’ software with AMS’ consulting and systems integration expertise will help carriers speed delivery of data services to market and better manage content partner relationships. According to the agreement, AMS will provide consulting and systems integration services to mobile operators during the evaluation, testing and implementation of Qpass’ software.
