DALLAS-MetroPCS Inc., which offers unlimited local wireless service in Atlanta, Miami, San Francisco and Sacramento, Calif., reported that its former chief financial officer, Dennis Spickler, has assumed the newly created position of vice president of business development where he will report to company President and Chairman of the board Roger Linquist. Current vice president and controller Michael Lavey has been appointed interim CFO until a new CFO is appointed.
“Dennis’ contributions as our CFO since its formative days has been a critical part of our success,” said Linquist. “We look forward to having Dennis focus on developing opportunities that capitalize on our unique business model.”
