KIRKLAND, Wash.-Wavelink Corp. has teamed with Funk Software for an integrated solution that allows enterprise customers to remotely manage funk’s 802.1X access client Odyssey using Wavelink Avalanche.
“Effective security and management are critical in determining the success of enterprise WLAN deployments,” explained Eric Hermelee, vice president of marketing at Wavelink. “This partnership allows customers to take full advantage of the functionality of both Avalanche and Odyssey Client to achieve wireless network security, quickly allowing IT staffs to focus more time on their business instead of device administration.”
Earlier this week, Wavelink announced a partnership with AirMagnet Inc. to integrate their solutions and to enhance security and management of enterprise WLANs.
