DETROIT-Telematics company Aeris.net announced it will offer a digital machine-to-machine communications service using wireless modules from Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. The service will run on Aeris.net’s CDMA Digital MicroBurst service and will use Sony Ericsson’s CM-42 radio module.
“Aeris’ Digital MicroBurst seamlessly integrates both digital and analog infrastructure across all of North America,” said Dick Gossen, Aeris.net’s president and chief executive officer. “We are excited to be working with Sony Ericsson to enable next-generation M2M products.”
