COPENHAGEN, Denmark-Two billing services companies, Dan Net A/S and Mach Sarl, have reached an agreement to merge their businesses.
The deal is subject to regulatory approvals, according to the companies.
Dan Net is owned by Danish telecom carrier TDC, while Mach is owned by Advent International and Providence Equity Partners.
“Our focus in the new united company will be on delivering clear benefits and state-of-the-art opportunities for all the clients of Dan Net and Mach,” said Allan Jakobsen, chief executive officer of Dan Net.
