LONDON-Chinese supplier ZTE Corp. said Indonesian mobile carrier PT Telkom has launched its CDMA2000 1x network supplied by ZTE.
The network covers a 500,000-line first phase for Jakarta and other developed areas.
ZTE said it has been awarded CDMA projects by carriers in India, Russia and Egypt, as well as in Indonesia during 2004.
