SACRAMENTO, Calif.-Plaza Five Fifty Five, an office location in downtown Sacramento, Calif., has installed a free indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi network that can accommodate 300 users at a time.
The Wi-Fi network is being used to provide wireless e-mail and Internet access throughout public spaces on all of the building’s 15 floors, as well as to the area immediately outside the building, including the five-story parking garage. The network can also be used to allow administrators to control building heating, air conditioning and security via wireless devices.
