FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif.-AVST announced its CallXpress unified communications solution has been digitally integrated with Nortel’s Business Communication Manager Internet Protocol-enabled communication system.
Earlier this month, AVST announced a similar integration between CallXpress and the Mitel 3300 Integrated Communications Platform PBX using the Mitel Telephony Application Internet.
The integrations mean companies using Nortel BCM or Mitel 3300 ICP can use AVST’s service so mobile workers can extend their office phones to their cell phones while traveling. Features include call forwarding, “find me/follow me” and checking voice mails, e-mails and faxes.
AVST currently offers 250 other similar integrations.
