STOCKHOLM, Sweden-L.M. Ericsson said it has acquired a French company, Audilog, which focuses on systems integration in network management.
Terms of the deal, including what Ericsson will pay, were not disclosed.
“I am pleased to announce this acquisition that will increase our capacity to support operators in capturing revenue growth while controlling costs,” said Hans Vestberg, senior vice president of the Business Unit Global Services at Ericsson.
