BELLEVUE, Wash.—BSquare, which makes smart device solutions, said it has optimized the Microsoft Windows CE operating system to use Matrix Semiconductor’s 3-D Memory in next-generation mobile devices.
Matrix 3DM is permanent, nonvolatile memory and is Matrix’s first product based on its three-dimensional technology. The product initially will be targeted for publishing digital content on chips and standard memory card formats.
