READING, United Kingdom-Mobile messaging and content provider Airwide solutions raised $16.25 in Series C funding, the company announced Thursday.
Artiman Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, joined existing investors Key Venture Partners, Kodiak Venture Partners and Axiom Ventures in the round. Airwide, which was founded in July, said it hopes to use the capital to tap emerging markets such as India.
“The closure of the Series C round of funding marks a significant milestone for the company,” said Airwide Executive Director Vinit Nijhawan, “putting us on track with our financial objectives.”<
