J.D. Powers certifies Nokia’s Fla. call center

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.-J.D. Power and Associates announced it certified Nokia Corp.’s call center in Tampa, Fla. The firm said the certification indicates Nokia’s call center provides an “outstanding” customer service experience.

“Nokia has created a highly customer-focused culture driven by well-defined values that emphasize respect for the individual, customer satisfaction, achievement and renewal,” said Steve Kirkeby, senior director of the telecommunications practice for J.D. Power and Associates. “Throughout the service organization, it is recognized that management models the behaviors that are expected of all employees, as well as demonstrating strong and sensitive leadership.”
