LAS VEGAS-CellStar Corp. announced updates to its Omnigistics supply chain management offering, which is an integrated asset recovery and logistics services. The company said the enhancements will make it easier for wireless carriers, retailers and manufacturers to provide their services to customers.
The Omnigistics expansion will include an advanced exchange program, enhanced asset recovery solutions and sophisticated technical product support.
“These three upgrades are completely focused on helping our clients maintain excellent customer service and loyalty, while reducing churn,” said Maria Hernandez, vice president of product development for CellStar.
“For example, CellStar’s Omnigistics can move products quickly into other client-directed programs or back into the consumer’s hands. CellStar provides logistics and distribution services to the wireless industry, with operations primarily in Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America.
