LONDON-Vodafone Group plc announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Vodafone International Holdings B.V. has completed the acquisition of two mobile holdings from Telesystem International Wireless first announced earlier this year.
Vodafone purchased about 79 percent of the share capital of MobiFon S.A. in Romania to increase Vodafone and its subsidiaries’ ownership in MobiFon S.A. to approximately 99 percent. Vodafone also bought 100 percent of the share capital of Oskar Mobil a.s. in the Czech Republic.
