BOSTON-Wireless application developer Everypoint Inc. said it closed a Series A round of funding led by Prism Venture Partners and TD Capital Ventures. Financial details were not disclosed.
Everypoint uses push technology and vector graphics in downloadable Java applications to develop real-time information and social networking services. Under terms of the financing, Woody Benson of Prism and Richard Grinnell of TD Capital will join Everypoint’s board of directors.
