PLAINFIELD, Ind.-Fulfillment services provider Brightpoint Inc. reported that its Brightpoint Activation Services L.L.C. subsidiary has been appointed a master agent by Voice over Internet Protocol service provider Vonage Holding Corp.’s Vonage Marketing division.
The arrangement calls for Brightpoint to offer its current and future dealers the opportunity to become authorized Vonage agents. Brightpoint added that its master agent program currently serves more than 1,800 dealers nationwide.
Brightpoint has a similar deal with VoIP provider Skype.
